Purpose of Position:
To provide office support to the technicians and office staff, plan and execute functions, order supplies and maintain supplies.
Customer service and sales backup.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Answer phonesCheck technicians in / outAssist technicians (mapping, questions, check in / out)Direct calls to appropriate staff, take messagesAssist with overflow sales calls, follow up calls, answer eQuotesCustomer quality control callsCreate all packets in advance, maintain an inventoryPrint forms, letters, etc.
Maintain and order office suppliesMaintain and order equipment & cleaning suppliesMix cleaning solutions, refill jugs, refill tool shelvesOrder & create technician kitsCreate gift card sets, gift setsSend birthday cards, sympathy, other correspondenceMaintain birthday schedule, gifts, recognitionCheck vacuums, clean, replace bags, maintainEmpty train, keep office neat, organizedKeep kitchen and bathroom clean, stockedManage uniform inventory listMaintain records and monthly stats (sales, cancellations)File paperworkRun errandsAssist owner with other tasks (scheduling, active campaigns, interviewing and on boarding technicians)Results Expected:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
