52 an hour We are looking for friendly and motivated workers to join our Front End team! We are currently looking for someone with open availability who is able to work part time or full time and able to work all shifts depending on the store's needs; Opening (7:
45 AM-4:
15 PM), Mid (10 AM-6:
30 PM), and/or Closing (12-8:
30 PM).
Front End Roles &
Responsibilities:
Maintain a genuine upbeat mindset, provide elevated customer service, and accurate cash handling.
Get inspired by new items coming through the line, talk to customers about their recipes, sports, or whatever you bring to the table.
Issue refunds and returns, efficiently bag groceries, periodically answer phone calls, and regular cart retrieval.
Requirements For All Departments:
Shared vision of ecology and environmental sustainability Exceptional positive attitude First-rate customer service Graciously greet customers and assist with questions Great communication and outstanding organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team Dedication to job and schedule Commitment to staying busy / goal oriented Perform any additional tasks assigned by the store manager Must be able to stand for long periods of time, reach for items displayed, and follow break schedules.
Lifting up to 15-50 pounds, bending, squatting, carrying, and standing throughout the shift.
