Job Description for Branch Sales Manager
We're currently seeking a talented branch sales manager for our Castro Valley, CA office. This person should have strong communication skills, the ability to develop key contacts, and feel comfortable in an inside/outside sales environment. Your primary role as a Branch Sales Manager is dynamic. In an effort to move leads through the pipeline quickly, you have to be an organized and detailed individual with a knack for multitasking various projects and responsibilities at a time. You are in charge of managing your clients and their employees, dealing with customer service issues, as well as increasing sales from already existing clients. On the other hand, you will be responsible for developing new business to the tune of 3-5 new accounts within the first 3 months.

While we have aggressive standards, our expectations are realistic. We are in a good market in Northern California and have consistently hit our sales goals quarter after quarter.
Branch Sales Manager Primary Job Functions:

New client development & marketing through inside/outside sales processes resulting in 3-5 mid-large new client accounts each quarter
Improve gross margins on all placements 18.5%-22%
Meet and exceed revenue goals relative to business unit's past performance
Recruit top talent to work in the fields of transportation, logistics & construction, resulting in loyal clients, increased margins, and ultimately client retention
Manage HR functions by conducting candidate screenings and interviews
Process payroll documentation for clients and employees with 99% degree of accuracy
Attend industry networking events with the intention of generating new business prospects
Job Requirements for Branch Sales Manager:

Valid driver's license & DMV record in good standing
Knowledge in Microsoft office and Outlook
Previous experience with CRM, SCM, and Bullhorn a plus
Staffing & recruiting experience a definite plus
BA degree preferable but we will consider comparable experience
Compensation:
We offer a competitive base salary, commission, bonus and benefits program. Your base salary is DOE and includes tiered commissions based on your branch's gross profit. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision with employer contribution for both individual and family, as well as a company credit card, monthly cell phone allowance, and covered gas expenses.
